Fine Art Prints
Because each print is made to order, I do not accept returns or exchanges for prints due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or other buyer preference.
Please carefully review the artwork, size, and framing options before placing your order. I’m always happy to answer questions or provide additional information before you purchase. Also note that colors may vary slightly between screens and the physical artwork.
If your print arrives damaged, defective, or there is an error with your order, please contact me within 7 days of delivery at abbyo.art@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. I will work with you to arrange a replacement or another appropriate solution.
If you order your print to the wrong address, promptly contact me at the email above so I can contact the printing and shipping company to correct the issue.

All original artwork is one-of-a-kind and is sold as a final sale. I do not accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect size selection.
If your artwork arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact me within 7 days of delivery at abbyo.art@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the artwork and packaging. I will work with you to determine the best solution, including but not limited to a full or partial refund depending on the situation. My originals ship with insurance so any damage will be partially covered by USPS when provided with proof of damage.
Please note that colors may vary slightly between screens and the physical artwork. If you have questions about an original before purchasing, I’m happy to provide additional photos or details to help you make an informed decision.
Prints:
$7 shipping per order to United States. Delivery time varies between 5-14 days depending on delivery location.
$35 international shipping per order. International packages may be taxed an import tax of up to 50% of the cost of your purchase. Please contact your local tax authority for the exact percentage in your area. Item ships from US. International delivery times vary but can be anywhere between 3-6 weeks, possibly longer with customs/local postage regulations.
Originals:
Domestic (US) shipping cost included in price. Artwork will be dropped off to USPS for shipping within 5 business days of order. Originals ship in recycled & reused shipping materials- the box will likely say something else on it!
